Mr. Rodney Machila brings over 20 years of experience in the public sector, with extensive exposure to both the public and private sectors. He currently serves as Assistant Director in the Ministry of Finance and National Planning, where he coordinates and monitors the performance of Government investments to optimise returns.

He has held several strategic roles across Government, including Corporate Governance Specialist, where he was responsible for the formulation and promotion of corporate governance policy. His previous roles include Principal Planner, Programme Officer (Policy and Implementation) and Regional Labour Officer, where he led teams in advancing economic and social policies and the decent work agenda.
